By accessing our website, registering for our programs, or making an online payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms govern your use of Vyuhnet’s website, training services, and online payment facilities.
By enrolling in any course or making a payment, you accept these Terms in full.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued usage implies acceptance of the updated version.

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment and batch seat availability.
Access to course content, live sessions, and resources will be provided based on the program selected.
Login credentials or course links/content are for individual use only and must not be shared.

Payments made online via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay or other payment gateways are processed securely.
Prices are listed in AED or as specified on the checkout page.
Any applicable taxes (e.g., GCC VAT) will be added at checkout, if not mentioned explicitly.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:
You are authorized to use the selected payment method, and
The information provided is accurate and complete.

Once payment is completed, refunds are not applicable, except in the following cases:
Duplicate payment due to technical error
Course cancellation by Vyuhnet
Eligibility at Vyuhnet’s discretion (case-by-case review)
Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of payment with valid proof.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 20–25 working days.

Learners may request to move to a different training batch once, subject to seat availability and with Vyuhnet consent.
Batch changes are not guaranteed and may involve an administrative fee.

All training content, videos, documents, worksheets, and materials are the intellectual property of Vyuhnet.
Learners may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes.
Unauthorized sharing or reproduction may result in termination of access without refund.

Certificates will be issued only upon:

We collect basic personal and payment information solely for training delivery and invoicing.
Payment information is processed directly by our payment partners; we do not store card details.
All data is handled in line with applicable privacy and security best practices.

Vyuhnet is not responsible for:

Our programs aim to enhance skills, but we do not guarantee job placement or exam results.

Learners are expected to:

Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.

Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may lead to suspension of services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of UAE depending on the jurisdiction of the transaction.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE region.
